We'd never been in one until Kathleen went to the Aldi in Highlandtown. I heard that they are owned by the same family that owns Trader Joe's. Aldi has an "everyday low price" scheme, without a lot of sales and promotions. Some examples (not on sale): 2 lbs long grain brown rice $1.29 cone coffee filters #4 size $1.59 German pumpernickel bread $1.49 tub of butter substitute $0.99 bran flakes $1.49 I think it's worth going back if you're down that way. --Emil -- Emil Volcheck [email protected] http://EmilVolcheck.com/ _______________________________________________ Chat mailing list [email protected] http://charlesvillage.info/mailman/listinfo/chat_charlesvillage.info archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ _______________________________________________ Chat mailing list [email protected] http://charlesvillage.info/mailman/listinfo/chat_charlesvillage.info archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/
