As part of their new project-based curriculum, Margaret Brent faculty and students are holding an International Health Day on Tuesday, Nov 16. They are seeking volunteers to prepare dishes from the following countries: El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Vietnam, China, Pakistan, Honduras and Chile.
