Hi folks,
There's a sweet, affectionate, playful grey cat - dubbed Baxter - who
is looking for a new family after being left behind by his first
family about 2 months ago.
Since then, Baxter has been living on Calvert between 28th and 29th
streets and numerous of us neighbors have been feeding him/her (still
not sure of sex).
Baxter has just gotten a full vet visit with shots thanks to neighbors
Matt and Marcia Herman, and now really needs a home since its getting
cold.
Is anyone out there destined to adopt this sweet creature?

of Estimates Hearings so residents can see how decisions impacting

communities are being made.
Please attend the hearing on Monday, November 1, 2010 at 5pm
in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
Attend to support televising these important hearings.
Consider testifying as to why you think televising the Liquor Board,
Board
of Estimates and BMZA hearings would make government more transparent.
Background:
You and many of your neighbors know that these boards make
determinations
about what is best suited for your community every week.
The public deserves to know how, why and who is making these
decisions!
While all of these proceedings are in fact open to the public, they
