City workers were digging up a water line near Abell and 33rd St. last night
that had been leaking for the past several days. That's likely the cause if you
live on a block near there. It usually takes a few hours for the sediment to
flush out.

I've noticed quite a few water main breaks around the neighborhood recently.

Subject: [Chat] Water Outage/Issues

Hi all,
Last night around 11PM I experienced a water outage. It lasted probably 20
minutes as far as I could tell and when the water came back on it was quite
dirty.

Did anyone else experience this? I couldn't find any city alerts or advisories,
and I definitely won't be drinking my tap water until I find out what caused
this...

Regards,
Al Patterson
