A time bank is way to facilitate people exchanging services with
each other. Members give and receive services and account for
that based on the time they spend, rather than in dollars.
Volunteers are organizing the Baltimore TimeBank. They've
made significant progress and are looking for more volunteers
to help it launch. The Baltimore TimeBank belongs to TimeBanks USA
