Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Survey The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is leading an update of the current Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, which was adopted in 2002. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan establishes a 20-year vision to support cycling and walking as modes of transportation in Maryland. The goal of the Plan is to help guide investments in bicycle and pedestrian facilities to achieve the greatest improvements with limited funding resources. Please complete this survey to help MDOT better understand how you currently use bicycle and pedestrian facilities and what types of improvements are most important to you.
