Hello, neighbors, Do legit school cookie sales require payment in advance? Twice I've bought cookies from kids who come to my door saying they're from an elementary school. Both times I never got the cookies. The second time I got the name of the school (Medfield Elementary) and a phone number, but when I called, the number was disconnected.
