How do I run J on a GPU compute nodes (https://kb.iu.edu/d/bcqt#info)? I even tried compiling it (setting no. of bits and readline flags) but I still keep getting segmentation faults when I try to run it. I think I need to set appropriate compile flags but how do I find about them?
