According to the definition at http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/homeoteleuton I think it would be more informative to say each column in the J Vocabulary is a homeoteleuton, or to say that columns (plural) are homeoteleutons. But your statement seems correct. Still one could argue that the first columns` endings are not the same and because of that and because of the definition including both same and similar endings, couldn't one argue that each row is more of a homeoteleuton than each column?
