   T=:F inv ::([: F@".2 5}~&' ')

also, I thought the rules only specified no library fns for date/time.
Still, if you don't like inv, make T be:

   T=:F^:_1 ::([: F@".2 5}~&' ')

(no extra characters because you no longer need a space to separate F and inv).
