I now see that my interest in (gamma) _2&^ was wrong. It should have
been gamma =: _2^- .
But that is likely irrelevant to the DL graph, anyway, because of my
questions below.

What aspect of the complex s values restrict them to a line?
And how can those lines' lengths be determined as %%:1, %%:2 , %%:3 , %%:4
... ?

I am partially confused by Ewart's definition of the "critical line" as
corresponding to x=1/2 . Is that the same x as in s=x+iy and if so, does it
change depending on s or y?
