Michal, Thank you for that information. For my needs the time consuming part is getting data into any such app because we use paper and snail mail with our bank, not wishing to do online banking. Digitizing via OCR of paper docs is not readily available in open source, I think. So even a J solution would not remove that step. So I think I will give up on this for now.
