I read a footnote that explains that deaths from liver (disease) is not the most prevalent of all. The footnote's first acknowledged admission of "issues" with the graph says, "although the intent was not to make it out to be the top cause of global death, the footnotes showing the causes of death shown only account for 7% of total deaths, some certainly took that to be the intent and found it misleading."
