Dear all -
I tried from the outside (using a mail address unknown to this forum)
to reach her -- from the reaction I got about three hours later I
gather her account has been hijacked.
I'm not an expert in these things but my guess is that a simple
password change might not remedy the situation, and this rather is
asking for a brand new account while abandoning the compromised one.
As I do not know her private situation:
Is there anyone here, who'd be close enough to be able to contact her
by phone, and knowledgable enough to probably help her out (or at
least find out what's going on)?
