This would be an interesting question. Historically inventors cannot be
held responsible for other people's use of their inventions, however
recent application of copyright law seems to be blurring this rule.
Of course, legal action taken against Freenet's developers would not
hurt Freenet, in fact, the resulting publicity would probably increase
Freenet's exposure dramatically.
