Ahh, that's what anonymising proxy servers are for...
There's thousands of them all over the net - just hit inform.php from each
of these proxies, and sort|uniq the list, and you'll end up with dozens or
hundreds :))
Just update your 'inform.php milker' script to iterate through a file of
anonymous proxies, and request inform.php through each proxy.
Lists of proxies can be found by following the links in the website <URL
deleted by ISP>.
