That's a dangerous and unwarranted assumption. The Freenet node listens
on a network socket. Therefore, if the code has a buffer overflow
or other bug, a malicious packet could be sent to cause it to take
undesirable action.
I'm not familiar enough with Java to know how feasible stack-smashing
and similar techniques would be. But when Whiterose is ready, you can
bet it will be subject to a great deal of scrutiny....
