He states it on the page: He wrote a Java program that scans Fred logs and
spits out a nicely formatted HTML table. You can even download the source
code.

This particular list probably isn't of any real use today, but it points to
a more general problem.

The problem is that in the end, it is impossible to hide that you are
running a Freenet node (at least if it's not transient). You can use a
random port number, steganography and whatever methods of obscuration; but
Freenet routing depends on spreading around addresses of nodes to other
nodes. For steganographed nodes, you will thus have to distribute
information on which steganography scheme (and with which parameters) has
been used alongside the node address.

You can make your node transient, of course (which is what I recommend to
any Chinese Freenet user anyway). But too many transient nodes will kill
Freenet.
