More proposed MSK delimiters, from recent IRC discussion

1) '?' - example SSK@blah/name?index.html
 (requires banning the use of fproxy reserved words like 'htl', 'force',
'key' etc in SSK identifiers)

2) '}' - example SSK@blah/name}index.html

3) '/?' - example SSK@blah/name/?index.html
 (I like this one)

4) '}?' - example SSK@blah/name}?index.html

Thoughts?
