If anyone cares to see the frontend I'm working on and hope to eventually use to allow searches of all the millions of files I want to put on FreeNet (should I ever figure out how to do so without clogging it up) I've finally got a demo up at http://mlug.missouri.edu/~mogmios/projects/kigdemo.html which will try to track my releases from now on. It's still in Alpha and is not feature-complete but it's open to suggestions.
The actual software used is being released under the GPL so while I do want to have my own large collection open to the public anyone will be able to put up their own index and I have a bit of software (FLOSS) that was originally developed for a client that changed their mind that will make cross-site searches easy and quick. It'll be released under the GPL also but I'm not yet ready to make it public. Thanks.
