SSK (Signed-subspace key) is suppose to be pointing to a data file that you wish to insert into the network. From what I know, it is generated by the following step:
1) generate a pair of public/private keys for the subspace you are creating,
2) hash the public key, a short text description of the subspace, concatenating the 2 hash values and hash it again to get an SSK;
3) finally you sign the SSK with your private key.
Now the process finishes. But there is no information in SSK about the content-hash key (CHK)!! How does it link to an CHK which represents the data file to insert?
I was told that an SSK should be pointing to a file which contains the corresponding CHK. When you perform a search, you should get this file first to access the CHK and then use the CHK to get the real data you want. But where does these small CHK files get stored? There is no hash of such a CHK file in the SSK!!
Best regards, Will
