Another idea I've been kicking around is a way to peacefully facilitate Jefferson's statement that a revolution is needed every 20 years or so. The idea is to have all legislative laws expire after 20 years. Then each generation gets to make the laws beyond the constitution for themselves. Bad law evaporates instead of hanging around on the books to catch the unwary. But this is a topic for another forum -).

You are basically complaining that the rich and powerful are rich and powerful.  AFAIK, it has been like that in every society that ever was.  

At least we have the right to bitch about it....
