The question isn't well formed, it is like asking "Is a gun the right to
bear arms?"

But to get to what I think you are asking: I am concerned with freedom
of communication.  Two or more people who have a mutual desire to
communicate (ie. transfer information) should be free to do so.  Spam
doesn't fit this definition, since the receiver of spam is generally not
a willing participant in that act of communication.

Similarly, the sender of information must also be doing so willingly,
so, for example, there is nothing wrong with not telling someone
something.
