As I mentioned long ago, one of my interests in J relates to music. As
I was "researching" (i.e., surfing) the Internet over the weekend, I
came across some music software that was written in Haskell, which I
know has been mentioned in the various forums here from time to time.
I thought I'd visit the Haskell site to see what's what and came across
a comparison table of functional languages at
<http://haskell.org/haskellwiki/Comparison_of_functional_programming_lan
guages>. (The column "definitions" I think are contained on the page
<http://haskell.org/haskellwiki/Functional_programming>.)
Surprisingly, J is not in that table, even though it's been around
almost 20 years. (K isn't there, either.) Since I'm somewhat of a J
newbie, can anyone indicate what J's line in that table would look
like? Just curious. Thanks!

Harvey
