I found c. between b. and C. in Part III. Definitions of the J Introduction and Dictionary 1996
Edition (c. is on p. 207). It is not there in the current online edition, so I added "1996
Edition" to the closing paragraph of the online Oh, No, ... where Eugene mentions c. .
