I'm poised to leave for a few days away from my desk already, but
the editions are identical except for the binding and whether an ISBN
appears on p2 or not. I would reference the ISBN version. Lulu increased
its pricing last fall and I have ignored e-mail opportunities to increase
my royality on the perfect bound version (which would raise the price to
~98). So far, on that version, they have respected to original pricing
agreement whereas the coil version changed. I have used both and
I am actually completely happy using the perfect bound version
which is different from my expectation. Best, Cliff

Subject: [Jchat] Fractals, Visualisation and J - correct reference please?

Clifford Reiter's book: Fractals, Visualisation and J, is available
from Lulu with two different URLs:

http://www.lulu.com/content/635938
http://www.lulu.com/content/635966

Both come up in a Lulu search on "Reiter". One has an ISBN, one
doesn't. They are priced differently. Surprisingly it's the cheaper
one which has the ISBN. Are they substantially the same content?

Which should I make reference to in APWJ 2nd Edn?
