Let me, for the sake of this conversation, relax little bit conditions
on our pure(st) programming language: keyboards and pixels are allowed
while typing in program, but the language itself has no print or output
(or input) commands whatsoever.  

Well then, we can still design our interpreter to do the following:

Once we hit that Enter button, interpreter clears the screen, places 
the program, stack, heap and data segment entirely in video RAM, 
and interprets the program.
