My wife, who's a manager in China, just recently went on a 1 week vacation to celebrate her birthday with us here in the Philippines. Unfortunately, the week that she went on vacation is the week her team is upgrading the company's MS-Exchange Server. She actually went through the phases described in the comic strip.
