I do not believe that this discussion belongs on the general forum.
General's charter is:
   "Installation, support, website and other infrastructure topics"

It should perhaps be renamed "infrastructure"?

I have been responding in chat (I can not control what other people
do, but I can control what I do), though I wonder if you all are
subscribed to chat...

Anyways, in J, the actions associated with adverbs and constructions
and verbs which have their nouns happen at "parse time" where the actions
associated with tacit verbs happen at "execution time".

But APL does not have tacit verbs.  And, I am mildly surprised that you
find the APL-like behavior worrisome.
