J would work very well in a formulator.

I guess a telephone with all the alphabet and signs on it would be
preferable to a calculator design.

If you allow nouns to be created as well as nouns there is actually quite a
lot could be done using an ordinary telephone with J on it.

I guess a telephone with android could be a good platform for J.
