Hi David,
I'm running a Mac under Darwin and pressing the escape key followed by pressing
'a' seems to be the sequence for the shortcuts to work. In general, the escape
key followed by the shortcut letter works on my system for all the shortcuts.
It took me a while to figure this out when the beta was fresh as I was used to
shortcuts that involved simultaneously pressing 'ctrl' and letter keys, and
this isn't the way JHS works.
