The MountainSub page had a far clearer picture - but that has mysteriously disappeared!!! Must be "the Faction!"   I think it's just a film set for a movie of the 1976 American TV series Ark II.   The TV show was set on an environmentally screwed up post-apocalyptic earth... Sound familiar? The ship even looks kinda similar.   Nice publicity stunt, but sounds like a fairly naff show.
