configure: require Java 6 for merocontrol too
Alhtough we don't need Java 6 here, require it as simple workaround.
Since the build.xml script wants Java 6 source and target, Java 5 will
always be unhappy about that. This is the simplest fix for the problem.
Soon we won't have Java 5 anymore around anyway.
