stethoscope: remove UNIX sockets restriction
By opening a UDP connection on the correct host(name) (where we as
stethoscope run, iso on the target connection's hostname) we don't need
a TCP connection to the server. Actually fixes a problem with
stethoscope interaction between hosts.
