So guys, let me answer myself this one, a year later ¬¬

The availability report, considering a whole year, works great with *no
more than 200 hosts*.
But you will say, "no, i don't want to create more CMK servers. I need more
IPs, more storage, more resources"

The answer is, quite simple, and it's there on documentation: *multiple
sites per server !!!*
God damn! That's it !! 💜

It's awesome. No more servers needed. You stay on the same server, same
nics, sames IPs ((same vlans in my case)).
You can fully use the resources.
Create more sites until you exhaust your Cores!!! 😃

Thanks Check_MK !
