I created some updates for the website.
New Files:
* site.xml - used for custom left-hand navigation
* apt/documentation.apt - just a placeholder for now
* apt/download.apt - just a placeholder for now
* apt/modules.apt - pulled description of modules from mailing list
* fml/faq.fml - just some placeholder faqs for now
Unchanged Files:
* apt/index.apt
Use mvn site:run to preview. You'll see how I organized the navigation when
you preview it, but just briefly, I organized links under Essential, Users,
Developers, and Foundation. Feel free to change to whatever you think is best.
