When testing for deleteTree, the TCK finds the folder descendants collection by
looking for a link
rel=http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/cmis/link/200908/foldertree with
type=application/cmistree+xml.
This type is incorrect and should be application/atom+xml;type=feed (spec
3.4.3.4 and 3.9.4).
