Here is the SVN patch.
I have create two new modules: chemistry-flex-atompub-client-lib and
chemistry-flex-parent, and I have added them to the Chemistry POM.
As noted in the README, the Maven build requires that the Adobe Flash Player be
on the PATH for the unit tests.
