Enable the CMIS AtomPub extension mechanism via the client API.
Introduce a call back interface for extensions (input and output parameter).
Provide extension receiver registry.
Extension receiver implemented by client applicaiton and registered at OpenCMIS
client runtime. Each time client runtime send and receives extension data the
receiver interface is called so that client application gets access to this
data.
