Summary: Create chemistry-abdera module for Chemistry Abdera extension
(was: Merge Alfresco Abdera CMIS extension with existing Chemistry extension)
Renaming issue for clarity. This is checked in since rev 919596.
Atompub TCK was re-tested with 'mvn install -Pcmis.alfresco.com', see results
