Capitalization of checkin parameter is incorrect

The checkin parameter in the spec is checkin, but PARAM_CHECK_IN is defined as
"checkIn". Since checking for the parameter is now done case insensitive this
does not matter for the server side of opencmis anymore, but this constant is
also used by the client code of opencmis.
