The service createDocumentFromSource is outside of the scope of the AtomPub bindings. The spec says:
3.1.9 Services not Exposed [...] createDocumentFromSource: This is not exposed in this binding except as the client saving the resource and resubmitting it without the cmis:objectId. And both current OpenCMIS and Chemistry return an exception when you call createDocumentFromSource in their client interfaces.
