The AtomEntryWriter generates the <atom:updated> element using a
SimpleDateFormat. Formatting a certain date results in
"2010-07-29T08:55:01.297+0200". This is AFAIK not a valid ISO-8601 date, it
should be "2010-07-29T08:55:01.297+02:00".
