Support arbitrary arguments to CmisClient constructor

A request has been made to support additional arguments to the CmisClient
constructor. Those arguments would be passed along on every request to the Rest
client.
Among other things, this would give people the ability to use ticket-based
authentication rather than username/password for those repositories that
support it.
