How about enabling the mails for SVN updates *after* we went live on 
chemistry.apache.org?

I think Florian has / was going to ask infra to send these updates to the 
commits list, which is where I believe the original markdown changes go to 
too. We probably do need someone to keep an eye on the changes that go 
live to the website, but certainly not everyone!
