I genuinely think more new people should present talks. Our meetup is going at a steady pace with a large bunch of people who come everytime and it would be lovely to hear them talk. If there is anything that is holding anyone back from giving a talk, let us have a discussion about it, on the mailing list or even offline. I, personally would love to help anyone that I can to give their first talk. Remember, the greatest of orators the world has seen were once hesitant too. But once they got over that emotion, they were able to give the world so many things to remember them by.
