I have a small doubt in mechanical designs. I have CAD designs in STEP, IGES and 3D DWG formats of parts to be machined in aluminum. Without rendering the design is it possible, using python, to automatically determine the width, length and height of the aluminum raw material to be purchased to machine the part as per the design?
