Location: Houston, TX Client: University of Houston Required Skills: * Lead PeopleSoft upgrade processes using PS "Change Assistant". This requires expertise in script processing and full analysis of completion, correctness and performance optimization etc. * Debug and optimize SQL statements within the upgrade scripts. * Coordinate with technical and functional teams regarding upgrade steps to be completed by these teams. * Build, configure, debug, and support PeopleSoft applications in a multi-instance hosting environment. * Perform complete installs of PeopleSoft 8.x and 9.x at all tiers. * Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle databases, tuxedo application servers on Unix/Linux, process schedulers on both Unix/Linux and NT and Weblogic configuration. * Analyze issues with SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Process Schedulers, Application Servers, Application Messaging (Integration Broker) and Web Servers. * Understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), specifically in a HP/Linux, Oracle and Web Logic hosting environment.
