  I have never seen that before. Could you please log a bug? [1] I
  will try take care of it as soon as possible.

  This is definitely a bug, so please, log another one of this.

  No, it is not. Actually it is pretty odd. All the CGIs that I'm
  using work alright.  Are you using a proxy server or something?  I
  have checked right now with a couple of CGIs (awstats and bugzilla)
  and in both cases the browser finished the request.
