I have tried to reproduce the problem, but it's working for me.
I've renamed a couple of icons adding an underscore to the name, and
then I renamed the icons files to match those names; and it worked.

Is the problem at start up time (is it failing parsing the file?),
or it is more a run time kind of problem?

  later on..
